At Aime Té, we do not easily deviate from our 100% marble products, but we can make an exception for this item! This travertine coffee table is a unique item with a vintage look that has come back into fashion. Travertine is limestone formed by a process of precipitation of calcium carbonate supersaturated water from hot springs. Branches, leaves and other matter that fall into this water and later decompose cause the distinctive irregular pores in this material. Picture yourself in ancient Greek or Roman times with our special Travertine coffee table.

Impregnate your table before use with an impregnation agent for natural stone. This makes the table more resistant to surface stains and scratches. Please note that this does not change the porous nature of natural stones, so we recommend always protecting the table with coasters, placemats and maintaining the marble regularly.
